Build a site

A course here is a page you get through. Each step below is its own document with its own URL, so you can link somebody straight to step three — and nothing is locked, because a lock you can walk around by typing a path is not a lock.

Ticking a step writes to the server under an identity it stamped for you, so your progress survives a reload and a second tab is still you. It also shows how far everybody else has got, which is the one thing a course on a live document can say that a static one cannot.
