Give it a page type

A page type is one field on the tree entry. Switching it is not a migration: the document keeps its prose, its meta and its children, and a different renderer reads them.

Try it on any page of this demo through the context menu — Page type — and switch it back. Nothing is lost either way, which is why every renderer here tolerates children it did not create.
