Deliberately colourless

The theme is monochrome on purpose: a site builder that arrives with opinions about your accent colour is a site builder you fight. Colour here comes from one place — the site settings page — and everything else is greys that get out of the way of whatever you put on the page.

The one thing it does not own is the editor. That comes from TipTap, and the two have to agree about focus rings or the caret goes somewhere surprising.
