The tree is the site

One document tree, and everything else falls out of it: the navigation is its top level, the feed is the pages whose type says they are published, the sitemap is every reachable slug.

Two consequences worth their own notes: Slugs come from labels, and A page type is a renderer — which is what lets the same tree be a journal, a shelf and this garden at once.
